Creating your shop on PockettPinch is simple and compliant with Jamaican policies. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Sign Up – Register for a vendor account.

  2. KYC Verification – Upload a valid Jamaican government-issued ID (e.g. National ID or Passport), TRN, and proof of address (e.g. utility bill).

  3. Create Your Storefront – Set your shop name, upload your logo, and add a store description.

  4. Add Your Products – Upload product images, set pricing, and include delivery or pickup details.

  5. Set Up Payment – Add your Jamaican bank account or wallet info to receive payments.

  6. Go Live – Once your KYC is reviewed, your store will be approved and visible to customers.

No, you don’t need a credit or debit card to get started.
Creating your shop on PockettPinch is free. You can sign up, add products, and start selling with no upfront payment details required.

To receive payments, you’ll need to add one of the following:

  • A Jamaican bank account

  • A PayPal account

  • Or a supported mobile wallet

This helps us securely pay you once your orders are processed.

You can request a payout anytime from your vendor dashboard. Once approved, funds will be sent to your preferred payout method.

Go to your Vendor Dashboard > Payments > Request Withdrawal, enter the amount, and submit. You’ll be notified once it’s processed.

Depending on your finical institution you may receive the funds within 3-7 days.

    You can set your preferred method under Store Settings > Payment Settings.

Are there any fees for using PockettPinch as a vendor?

Yes, we charge a small commission on each successful sale to cover platform, processing, and support costs. This is automatically deducted before payouts. Our standard commission rates are as follows:

  • Retail Vendors: 16%

  • Wholesale Vendors: 6%
    (You can view your specific rate in the Vendor Dashboard > Store Settings > Commission.)

  • Digital Goods: 8%

There are no monthly fees, hidden charges, or listing fees. You’re only charged when you make a sale.
