Cancel an Order

• Eligibility: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase if the product has not yet been handed over to the delivery carrier or collected by the customer.

• How to Cancel:

  1. Go to My Account > Orders on PockettPinch.

  2. Select the order you want to cancel.

  3. Click Request Cancellation and state your reason.

  4. Our team will confirm if the order is eligible and issue a refund where applicable.

• After 48 Hours: If the carrier already has your order or the pickup has started, the order cannot be cancelled. You may request an exchange (where allowed) after receiving the item.

• Refunds: Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

• Non-Cancellable Items: Perishables, intimate wear, digital goods, and other items marked “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be cancelled once purchased.

• Support: If you can’t cancel through your account, email support@pockettpinch.com with your order number.
