What it is: Customers order online through our marketplace, then pick up their items directly from the vendor’s location instead of waiting for delivery.
How it works:
Place your order on PockettPinch.
Choose “Store Pickup” at checkout (if available for that product/vendor).
Receive confirmation with the vendor’s pickup address, contact details, and pickup time window.
Present your order confirmation when collecting your item.
Availability: Not all vendors offer pickup. Availability is shown on each product page.
Timing: Vendors set their own pickup times. Customers must collect within the specified window.
Fees: Store pickup is free.
Returns/Exchanges: Returns follow our 7-day return policy (some items excluded under Jamaican consumer law). Items must be returned to the same pickup location unless stated otherwise.
ID & Order Confirmation: Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation for verification.
