Eligibility:
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been handed to the carrier or collected by the customer.
After 48 hours, cancellation is not possible. You may request an exchange or return instead.
Some items, such as perishables, intimate wear, digital goods, and other items marked non-returnable, cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel:
Go to My Account > Orders.
Select the order you wish to cancel.
Click Request Cancellation and state your reason.
Our team will confirm eligibility and issue a refund if applicable.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed only when the item is returned through the original or seller-approved channel (if already dispatched).
Some carriers, like Tara Courier, charge JMD 500 for returns; this may be reimbursed depending on the cancellation reason.
Certain return reasons carry a non-reversible charge.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
