How do I cancel an order?

Eligibility:

• Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been handed to the carrier or collected by the customer.

• After 48 hours, cancellation is not possible. You may request an exchange or return instead.

• Some items, such as perishables, intimate wear, digital goods, and other items marked non-returnable, cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel:

1. Go to My Account > Orders.

2. Select the order you wish to cancel.

3. Click Request Cancellation and state your reason.

4. Our team will confirm eligibility and issue a refund if applicable.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed only when the item is returned through the original or seller-approved channel (if already dispatched).

• Some carriers, like Tara Courier, charge JMD 500 for returns; this may be reimbursed depending on the cancellation reason.

• Certain return reasons carry a non-reversible charge.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
