What if my order is damaged?

  • Report Immediately: Contact us as soon as you receive a damaged item. Include photos of the damage and your order number.

  • How to Report:

    1. Go to My Account > Orders.

    2. Select the affected order.

    3. Click Report Issue and upload photos.

    4. Alternatively, email support@pockettpinch.com with your order number and photos.

  • Return or Exchange:

    • Damaged items are eligible for full refunds or replacement.

    • Returns must be sent through the original or seller-approved return channel.

    • Some carriers, such as Tara Courier, may charge JMD 500 for returns; this may be reimbursed depending on the situation.

  • Processing Refunds or Replacements:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

    • Replacements are shipped as soon as the damaged item is confirmed.

  • Timeframe: Report damages within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to ensure eligibility for a refund or replacement.
