Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

Follow this link to check the status of your order. We can also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order – just make sure you’ve opted into notifications.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Find more information about auth holds.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.

  • Check Your Order Status:
    Sometimes, items might be shipped separately, especially if they come from different sellers. Check your order details to see if that’s the case.

  • Check Delivery Tracking:
    If a tracking number was provided, check the delivery status of each item to confirm whether they’re out for delivery or delayed.

  • Contact the Seller:
    Reach out to the seller through your account for clarification. They may be able to provide more specific details about the missing items.

  • Contact Customer Support:
    If you’re unable to get a satisfactory response from the seller, reach out to PockettPinch customer support at support@pockettpinch.com. We’ll help you resolve the issue.

  • Review the Return and Refund Policy:
    Review the platform’s policy for missing items or partial orders to see if any specific actions are required on your part.

If there’s a problem with your order, start by reviewing your order confirmation and tracking details to see if there were any updates or delays. If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to the seller through your PockettPinch account—they’re your first point of contact for product-related concerns. If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the seller, or if the problem is related to the platform or delivery, contact us directly at support@pockettpinch.com. Our team is here to help ensure a smooth resolution. You can also refer to our Return and Refund Policy to see if your item qualifies for a return, exchange, or refund within the eligible time frame.

To get started with a return, simply head over to our Returns Page and follow the steps to request your return label. If your item is eligible, the process is quick and easy. Still need help? Our support team is just an email away at support@pockettpinch.com. We’ve got you!

To reset your password, go to the Login page and click “Forgot Password?”. Enter your email, and we’ll send you a link to create a new one. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@pockettpinch.com for help.

To change your password on PockettPinch, follow these steps:

  • If you’re already logged in:

    • Navigate to your account settings.

    • Select “Change Password”.

    • Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm the new password.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password:

    • Go to the Login page.

    • Click on “Forgot Password?”.

    • Enter the email associated with your account.

    • Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions provided.

To cancel your PockettPinch account, log in and navigate to your Account Details. Scroll down and select the “Close Account” button.

Please note: Once you close your account, all your data—including order history, listings, and saved preferences—will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We recommend ensuring all transactions are complete before taking this step.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re wondering where your refund is, here’s what you can do:

  • Check Your Payment Method: Refunds can take a few days to reflect, depending on your payment method or bank. Credit card refunds can take 5-7 business days, while other methods might take longer.

  • Check Order Status: Log into your account and check your order status to confirm that your refund was processed.

  • Contact the Seller: If you requested a refund directly from a seller, reach out to them for updates on the process.

  • Contact Customer Support: If you’re unable to track your refund, or if there’s a delay, please reach out to support@pockettpinch.com. We’re here to help and will assist you in locating your refund.

To return your order on PockettPinch, please follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Your Account: Visit pockettpinch.com and sign in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Your Orders: Go to your account dashboard and select “Orders” to view your purchase history.

  3. Select the Order: Find the order you wish to return and click on it to view the details.

  4. Initiate the Return: Click on the “Return” button associated with the item you want to return.

  5. Follow the Instructions: Complete the return request form, providing necessary details such as the reason for return and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).

  8. Ship the Item Back: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, may not be eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

PockettPinch offers a 7-day free return policy on select orders. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging intact. Returns are accepted only if initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns may not be accepted.

To start a return, contact PockettPinch through their Help Center or email. Be prepared to provide your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Please note that sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods are generally non-returnable. For more details or assistance, visit their Help Center or contact customer service.

Shipping & Tracking

PockettPinch offers free standard shipping on orders over $90 USD. Additionally, they provide 2 day delivery for orders placed on Mondays. These shipping options apply to domestic orders within Jamaica.

Currently PockettPinch doesn’t offer shipping internationally.​

To check if your order qualifies for free shipping, you can add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. There, you’ll see the shipping options available to your destination and any applicable charges.

Some coupon do offer free shipping. Be sure to make use of those one time offers.

At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can file a cancellation request. Then, you can place a new order with the correct address.

To track your order from PockettPinch, you can use their Track Order page. You’ll need your order number and email address to access the tracking information.

Steps to Track Your Order:

  1. Visit the Tracking Page: Go to the Track Order page on PockettPinch’s website.

  2. Enter Your Details: Input your order number and the email address used during checkout.

  3. View Tracking Information: Click on the “Track” button to see the current status of your shipment.

If you haven’t received your order by the expected delivery date, it’s advisable to check the tracking information for updates. If the tracking status hasn’t updated or if there are concerns about the delivery, you can reach out to PockettPinch’s customer support for assistance.
