📋 Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it, as long as the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. After this window, your order may already be in transit and cannot be canceled.
🔁 Alternatives if the Order Has Been Processed
If your order is already being prepared or shipped:
- Wait for it to arrive, then request a return if eligible.
- Contact our support team for assistance with other options.
📝 How to Cancel
- Go to your Order History in your account.
- Select the order you’d like to cancel.
- Click “Request Cancellation” if the option is available.
- If cancellation is not available online, contact us right away.
💳 Refund Timeline
If your cancellation is approved and your payment has already been processed, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
🚫 Exceptions
- Orders containing perishable or custom-made items may not be canceled once processing begins.
- Digital products, once delivered, are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
