Help With Passoword

Forgot Your Password:

1. Go to pockettpinch.com/my-account.

2. Click Lost your password?.

3. Enter your account email and click Reset Password.

4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Change Your Password:

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Go to Account Settings > Password.

3. Enter your current password, then set a new password.

Password Tips:

• Use a strong, unique password with letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Do not reuse passwords from other accounts.

• Avoid sharing your password with anyone.

Issues Receiving Reset Email:

• Check your spam or promotions folder.

• Make sure you are entering the email associated with your PockettPinch account.

• If problems persist, email support@pockettpinch.com with your account email.
