How will I be refunded?

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued only when the item is returned through the original or seller-approved return channel.

Return Charges:

• Some carriers (e.g., Tara Courier) may charge JMD 500 for returns.

• Depending on the reason for the return or cancellation, this charge may be reimbursed to your original payment method or credited at the point of drop-off.

• Certain return reasons carry a non-reversible return charge, which will be clearly stated when requesting the return.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
