I would like to return my order

Eligibility:

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

• Some items are non-returnable, including perishables, intimate wear, digital goods, and products marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

How to Return:

1. Go to My Account > Orders.

2. Select the order you wish to return.

3. Click Request Return and choose a reason.

4. Follow instructions for returning via the original or seller-approved return channel.

Carriers & Charges:

• Some carriers, like Tara Courier, provide a return service with a JMD 500 charge.

• Depending on your reason for return, this charge may be reimbursed to your payment method or credited at drop-off.

• Certain reasons carry a non-reversible return charge; this will be clearly stated during the request.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
