How It Works:
On the product page, look for the “In-Store Consultation Available” badge.
Click Book Consultation to schedule a time directly with the vendor.
Receive confirmation with the vendor’s address, contact details, and appointment window.
Fees: Consultations are usually free but may carry a vendor-set fee for specialised services. Any charges are displayed before booking.
Eligibility: Not all vendors offer consultations. Availability depends on the vendor and location.
Returns & Orders: Orders placed after an in-store consultation follow our standard 7-day return policy and cancellation rules.
Identification: Bring your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID when you arrive.
