How to Report:
Go to My Account > Orders.
Select the affected order.
Click Report Issue and upload photos.
Or email support@pockettpinch.com with your order number and images.
Return or Exchange:
Faulty items are eligible for full refunds or replacement.
Returns must use the original or seller-approved return channel.
Some carriers (e.g., Tara Courier) may charge JMD 500 for returns; this may be reimbursed depending on the situation.
Refunds & Replacements:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.
Replacements are shipped after confirmation of the defect.
Important: Reporting within 48 hours ensures your return or replacement is processed quickly and without dispute.
