I’ve received a faulty/defective item

  • Report Immediately: If an item is faulty or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Include photos of the defect and your order number.

  • How to Report:

    1. Go to My Account > Orders.

    2. Select the affected order.

    3. Click Report Issue and upload photos.

    4. Or email support@pockettpinch.com with your order number and images.

  • Return or Exchange:

    • Faulty items are eligible for full refunds or replacement.

    • Returns must use the original or seller-approved return channel.

    • Some carriers (e.g., Tara Courier) may charge JMD 500 for returns; this may be reimbursed depending on the situation.

  • Refunds & Replacements:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.

    • Replacements are shipped after confirmation of the defect.

  • Important: Reporting within 48 hours ensures your return or replacement is processed quickly and without dispute.
