When Tracking Starts: You receive a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp once your order is confirmed and handed over to the delivery carrier or prepared for pickup.
How to Track:
Go to My Account > Orders on PockettPinch.
Select your order and click Track Package.
You’ll see the current status, estimated delivery time, and carrier details.
Carriers: Most orders are shipped with local partners such as Tara Courier. Tracking information depends on the carrier’s system.
Real-Time Updates: Updates appear as soon as the carrier scans your package at each stage.
Store Pickup Orders: For pickup orders, you’ll receive the vendor’s address and collection window instead of tracking information.
Questions or Delays: If tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, email support@pockettpinch.com with your order number.
