Report Immediately: Contact us as soon as you receive a damaged item. Include photos of the damage and your order number.
How to Report:
Go to My Account > Orders.
Select the affected order.
Click Report Issue and upload photos.
Alternatively, email support@pockettpinch.com with your order number and photos.
Return or Exchange:
Damaged items are eligible for full refunds or replacement.
Returns must be sent through the original or seller-approved return channel.
Some carriers, such as Tara Courier, may charge JMD 500 for returns; this may be reimbursed depending on the situation.
Processing Refunds or Replacements:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Replacements are shipped as soon as the damaged item is confirmed.
Timeframe: Report damages within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to ensure eligibility for a refund or replacement.
