1. Overview

1.1 These Subscription Terms apply to seller accounts that choose a monthly or yearly recurring plan.

2. Billing and Payments

2.1 Subscription fees are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
2.2 Payments must be made in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations

3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
3.2 No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

4. Changes to Subscription Fees

4.1 We may adjust subscription fees with at least fourteen (14) days’ notice.

5. Governing Law

5.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
