1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, flowers)

• Intimate wear or personal care items

• Digital products or downloads

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Refund Process

• Customers must first contact the store/vendor via the marketplace’s message or support system.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received back.

• In cases where the product is still with the delivery carrier and has not been delivered, refunds may be issued within 48 hours of the order.

4. Shipping Costs
