We believe in fair shopping. Whether you're buying from a student, a third-party vendor, or directly from PockettPinch, we're here to make sure your experience is protected.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Policy

  • Available only within 48 hours if product is still with our delivery partner.
  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • After 48 hours, only exchanges are available.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days. If your requested item is unavailable, you may receive store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishables
  • Intimate wear / personal hygiene items
  • Digital products and services
  • Custom or made-to-order goods

Who Handles Returns?

  • Third-party vendor products: vendor manages return/exchange.
  • PockettPinch products: we handle everything directly.

Your Rights Under Jamaican Law

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in and visit My Orders.
  2. Select the item and choose "Request Return" or "Request Exchange."
  3. We or the vendor will respond within 2 business days.
