Welcome to Pockettpinch. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and services. By using Pockettpinch, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pockettpinch. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The following product categories are strictly prohibited from being listed, sold, or purchased on Pockettpinch:
Drugs & drug paraphernalia
Weapons & explosives
Certain tobacco & alcohol products
Hazardous materials
Endangered species or products made from them
Intellectual property–infringing goods
Offensive or controversial materials
Human parts & burial artifacts
Certain financial products
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
Pockettpinch charges a commission on each successful sale. The current commission rates by category are:

| Services (Digital or Local) | 20% |
| Groceries / Food (Non-perishable) | 10% |
| Baby & Maternity | 10% |
Sellers are eligible for same-day payouts if a clear image of a Knutsford Express or Zipmail receipt is submitted within 48 hours of dispatch.
If valid proof of shipment is not provided within this timeframe, the withdrawal request will be reversed, and payout will be delayed until proper verification is received.
Pockettpinch adheres to the Consumer Protection Act of Jamaica. All refund and return requests must comply with this legislation. Buyers and sellers are expected to resolve return-related issues in good faith. Further details are available in our separate Return & Refund Policy.
In the event of a dispute between users (buyer or seller), the following process applies:
Arbitration is required as the first method of resolution.
If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to the Courts of Jamaica.
All users agree to follow this procedure as a condition of using the Pockettpinch platform.
Pockettpinch reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that engage in:
Violations of these Terms
Sale of restricted items
Fraudulent, abusive, or unethical practices
Non-compliance with payout, refund, or dispute procedures
Pockettpinch is not responsible for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Issues arising from third-party sellers or buyers
Product defects, delivery delays, or misrepresentation of items
Users are encouraged to use documented communication and verified shipping to ensure secure transactions.
These Terms may be updated at any time. When updated, the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
