1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital products or downloads

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Refund Process

• In cases where the product is still with the delivery carrier and has not been delivered, refunds may be issued within 48 hours of the order.
